How custom merch orders work

Yes. We make branded hoodies, tees, crewnecks, work shirts, polos and embroidered caps for teams and crews in Edmonton and area. Catalogue prices are for 12 or more pieces, and orders start at $300.

$300 minimum order. Samples are full price and ship free.

Catalogue prices are starting prices per piece, plus GST, for orders of 12 or more. Your design size, colours and quantity set the final price, and your quote confirms it before you sign.

Embroidery is always custom quoted, because the price depends on logo size and stitch count. Tell us what you have in mind and we will price it in your quote. New embroidery designs have a one-time $75 setup. Our Build Your Merch tool is for printed merch only.

Our catalogue is just our favourites. We can also do caps, toques, bags, drinkware, promo items and more. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.

Design is billed separately. Print-ready vector files cost nothing. Light artwork prep is $150, one new design is $300, two new designs are $450, and a custom graphic package starts at $600. Each new design includes one round of revisions. Extra revisions and changes after approval are $150/hr.

3 to 4 weeks from signing. Dates are estimates, and supplier or shipping delays can happen.

We deliver locally or ship by courier, anywhere you need it. Delivery and shipping are quoted on your proposal, so you see the full cost before you sign.

Production runs 3 to 4 weeks from signing. Shipped orders add courier time on top of that. Need it by a set date? Tell us in your request and we will plan around it.

Because every piece is custom made for you, 100% is due when you approve your order. Prices are in CAD, plus GST.

Every order is made for you, so it cannot be returned or refunded once approved. Supplier defects or misprints are handled with the supplier on your behalf.

Clients in an active brand, website or social service get 5% off merch orders of $500 or more.
