How a project runs

A first meeting about your business, audience and goals. We tell you what you need, and what you don’t.

You get a clear proposal. Sign online, then we design concepts around what we learned, with one round of changes.

We build, write and test on desktop and phone, then launch together with a walkthrough so you can run it.

80% is due when you sign and it starts your project. The remaining 20% is due before your website launches or your final files are released. All prices are in CAD, plus GST.
Yes. Every website page includes copywriting. Send us what you have and we will shape it, or we will write it from scratch.
Domain, website platform and other subscriptions are billed to you directly, so you always own your accounts. We can set them up for you.
Yes. Every site is custom designed and written for you, on a platform you can edit yourself. We walk you through it at launch so you can change your words, photos and hours anytime.
With us, a full brand identity is $2,850 and websites start at $3,500, so a full brand and a website together start at $6,350, plus GST. A brand plus our Bloc Website is $8,350. Domain and platform fees are billed to you directly. Every price is on our pricing page.
Yes. Brand, web, social and custom merch all come from our team. No juggling vendors, and everything finally matches.
One round of changes is included. Extra rounds, new concepts after approval or a change in direction are billed at our current rate.
It depends on the size of the project and how quickly content and approvals come back. We give you a timeline at our first meeting.
Yes. We work with businesses everywhere. If your project needs us on site, travel costs are covered by you and we quote them before booking.
